Description
A topical anesthetic used for eyebrow, lip liner and lip shading procedures. Not to be used for eyeliner procedures. A highly effective anesthesia that is to be applied on the skin with the microswab applicator before and during the tattooing procedure. It is most effective once the skin has been slightly broken to allow for better penetration and painless procedures.
