The soft golden tones of Honey Brown is an excellent choice for the fairest of skin and hair color. This iron oxide and titanium dioxide base can be mixed with any of the eyebrow series. If you wish to have the color a bit lighter, mix with Brow Lightener or Brow Lightener / Red Out and to darken use a dash of Dark Walnut.
