Description
Marine Blue has an iron oxide and ultramarine base. It has been blended to provide a pleasant balance of not predominantly blue nor overly black.
To increase the blue tones, add a dash of Sapphire Blue or should you want black tones, add Black Onyx. We would caution you never to use this on eyebrows and not on lips.
