Each year since it was first introduced in 2004 to the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) in Las Vegas, the reputation of the program has grown and attracted technicians from all over the world.
Each class is limited to 25 students and booking is on a "first come, first serve" basis and fills up quickly
Registration and a continental breakfast kicks off the program with a full lunch and coffee breaks are served each day.
